Saturday, October 08, 2005 ::: 1 whole week of hiding in a cave. and that is that. it's been great I can put it down - just for a little while. start something new. do something else. just a break from the tedium. but it's a cave that's still connected to the pop world (i guess) So Alexis Strum's Bad Haircut debuted at No.500 on the UK singles chart. VERY disheartening. The song is very good. Sugababes shot to #1. Just where they deserve. Robbie 'tripped' and could only reach #2. Sugababes new album coming out Monday. Ricky's martin releasing Life sometime this week. Shakira's single got premiered somewhere online, so did Fort Minor's new track 'Believe Me'. Fort Minor's Petrified video's out now. The Rising Tied is gonna be great. Previewed another 2 tracks from Ashlee - I am Me and L.O.V.E. Unremarkable but listenable. Ashlee's vocal is still poor as ever. Kelly Clarkson out with new video 'Because of You'. Once again realizing how good this song is. Girls Aloud's christmas single Biology got leaked. Not bad, for a GA track. I have a feeling that this new album should sound better than What Would The Neighbours Say. maybe I've been TOO connected. But heck I don't care. what else should I care about... And finally, some new artwork for your viewing pleasure: fantastic. not sure about the pink butterflies, but otherwise it's still an adorable photo of them. Oh the Corrs reached no.1 in Ireland with 'Home'. Delighted. Ireland is home to them afterall. "get me outta here" now I've got it. Don't know what I'm going to do though. Watching Coldplay's Glastonbury performance alone on a night like this seems a little sad. Oh well. What I wanna get ain't what I'm looking for.
